Resident experience and building management. Without the building being managed effectively and compliance being maintained, this opens up risk for the investor. We place as much focus on the building as we do on the resident experience.

We have facilities maintenance, compliance and fire safety professionals within CSPG who can guide the site management proactively, all working cohesively with the front-end site teams, enabled by our systems and technology.
