This includes service charge collection, managing budgets and reserve funds, contractor coordination, cleaning, gardening, compliance checks, and communicating with leaseholders. Depending on the building and its height, there could be more complex requirements such as fire safety legislation and building safety act compliance. Our team takes care of all of this – see more here.
