At one point in time, our founders experienced first hand either as residents or Property Managers for established firms, the frustration that poor estate management leads to and CS Block Management was born to make a change in the industry – a clean start.
CS stands for everything which puts the customer experience at the heart of every day in the office, and to deliver the best experience requires full transparency and a dedicated block management team built around an industry leading set of systems and processes. Despite our relatively new incorporation, we’ve got some of the most knowledgeable and proactive people in the real estate management industry, drawing on combined decades of experience dealing with all types of issues with tenants, freeholders and leaseholders, and resident directors across the country. We are also part of CS Property Group which incorporates CS Lets, another established and well recognised property management company with huge experience dealing with managing individual units, lettings and tenancy law.
We are committed to professional development of our team on an individual level. Our accredited team consists of qualified Fire Risk Assessors, surveyors and tradesmen, complemented by a huge network of independent property professionals.
When we take on a new development, we do the legwork at the start to make sure that we understand everything you need and your site is set up in the right way on our system, and in person. Whether working with Developers at the planning stage and before build, Freeholders, or transitioning existing Resident Management Companies (RMC), Freehold Management Companies (FHMC) and Right to Manage (RTM) clients, we understand the unique requirements of each and tailor a package to suit, for any sized development or number of units.
