From our first property, to 2500 homes, and growing.
We all know first-hand having been tenants, leaseholders and residents ourselves at some point in our lives, how important it is to receive clear communication, and have direct access to a capable property manager who can solve problems quickly. It’s partly what inspired us all to get involved in property management in the first place, to raise the standard in our industry. Now, with a larger portfolio and growing team, we are mindful not to lose the personal touch which has helped us build our reputation, and we’re proud to be able to help our clients across all disciplines of residential property management.
Team
Our people make everything happen.
Lee Ball (Director)
Lee is responsible for the group’s business development and investment initiatives. He oversees best practice across our portfolio, developing our property management processes. Prior to cofounding CS in 2016, Lee started his career in engineering.
Kaine Rowley (Director)
Kaine runs our block & estate management division, overseeing major works and service charge budgets. Prior to joining CS, he held senior positions in established block management firms.
Hope Ditima (Director)
Founding CS in 2016, Hope heads our team of Property Managers, with nearly 15 years of residential property experience, and oversees the daily rental management operations.
